This place rules!! Every time I come home to visit I eat here every morning. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing!! The bagels are amazing!! Good customer service with fair prices. This is one of my favorite parts of coming home!!

I can't even believe what I just experienced. My friend and I just waited 35 minutes for two bagels with barely any people in the place. Meanwhile, everyone working was just meandering around without a care in the world and no sense of urgency. Will definitely not be coming back here.

I came to get a bagel here by 9:30 and it tastes hard and old. The staff is friendly, but these bagels need a new recipe.

I called in my order to Andrew since we constantly go there at 830 in the morning and the bagel racks are empty the manager said we don't take orders on phone but he will let me this time ( he didn't have what I wanted but i took what I could get) he said he only makes 4-6 salt bagels a day even though deal is buy 6 get 2 free. I arrive to pick up bagels and asked if he could make more to complete the deal and id come back he quickly got a attitude took the bagels out of the bag threw them back in the rack and said you can get out of my store and never come back all from a simple question I will not be back and hope nobody else will either. With a attitude like that they won't be open for long. Plus within the last 6 months the service is very slow and are too busy socializing with each other rather then helping customers!

The food is great! The kids that work there are great! The owner is amazing person. The two middle age ladies are terrible! One is so rude and the other should not be working food service.
